Today’s episode is with Dr Lizzie Alexander (PhD), an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (who is also currently training as a Naturopath & Nutritionist) specialising in endometriosis and fertility.
After 25 years of undiagnosed endo, chronic pain, and her own fertility struggles, Lizzie found healing through working with a naturopath in New Zealand and embracing functional nutrition. She became a mother at 39 and is currently navigating secondary infertility and IVF herself.
