Module 1

The Role of Inflammation and Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition

This is at the core of managing endometriosis and at the core of reducing your pain, brain fog and fatigue. Endo is an inflammatory disease and so one of the key ways to tame it is through lowering chronic inflammation.

This module teaches you what inflammation is, when it’s a problem and how it impacts endo (big time, by the way). You’ll identify signs of inflammation in your own body and which factors may be contributing to your overall inflammation load.

It’s a confusing world out there when it comes to knowing what to eat for endometriosis and so this is where we set out the foundations of good nutrition and anti-inflammatory eating. You’ll learn the key anti-inflammatory foods groups and how to incorporate them into your own tailored nutrition plan. We’ll also dive into the key inflammatory drivers when it comes to food, so you can begin making sustainable and positive changes.

In short, this module is all about creating your own endo diet. One that suits your needs, endometriosis health goals and lifestyle but is backed by science and evidence.

Highlights:

  • Understand the science of endometriosis, inflammation and your symptoms. This changes everything. When you understand how and why inflammation is driving your endo symptoms, you’ll have the motivation and the knowledge to make the right changes for you. You’ll no longer just ‘do’ something because you read about it or heard it somewhere, you’ll make changes because you know exactly why and how they’re benefitting you.

  • Learn the key anti-inflammatory food groups so you know what to ADD IN to reduce inflammation, ease pain, alleviate brain fog and regain energy.

  • Discover the root drivers of chronic inflammation and signs so you can identify what’s contributing to your pain and symptoms. This step is one of the biggest steps you can take to taking back control – most of my clients see a huge difference from working out which inflammatory foods may be triggering them.

  • Create your own tailored nutrition plan that’s sustainable, enjoyable and realistic using my handouts, meal plans, tips and recipes.

Module 2

Blood Sugar, Endo and Hormones

If inflammation is at the root of endo problems, unstable blood sugar is at the root of inflammation and hormonal imbalance.

Most of us don’t give a second thought to our blood sugar levels or even know what the terms means, but the truth is,balanced blood sugar is key to lowering chronic inflammation, brain fog and fatigue as well as hormonal issues such as PMS, bloating and heavy bleeding, and mood issues like depression and anxiety.

This module introduces you to the importance of blood sugar and how to identify blood sugar imbalances in your body – most of my clients find they need to do some work here!

You’ll then learn exactly how blood sugar directly impacts endo symptoms and the knock-on effect blood sugar has on your hormones, this is where you’ll introduced to some of the most common hormonal imbalances associated with endo and what they mean for your symptoms.

Lastly, you’ll learn how to build a blood sugar balancing plate and the four golden rules for blood sugar balance, so you can implement these changes into your daily meals and routine. and so you can make informed and empowered decisions about your nutrition.

Highlights:

  • Learn what blood sugar is so you can understand what’s happening to your body when you eat and easily identify whether your blood sugar is stable or not.

  • Understand the role of blood sugar in endometriosis and how unstable blood sugar can contribute to symptoms such as pain, fatigue and brain fog, as well as depression and anxiety. Start to connect the dots with your blood sugar and how you’re feeling!

  • Get acquainted with the signs and symptoms of common hormonal imbalances and how unstable blood sugar is often at the root of these imbalances.

  • Learn my four key strategies for balancing blood sugar and how to build a blood sugar friendly meal and my tips, so you can begin implementing these changes and experiencing better cycles, alleviate PMS, increase energy, reduce brain fog and minimise pain.

Module 3

Supplements for Endo

Whilst it’s essential to address root causes and not rely on supplements for symptom suppression in the long-term, sometimes we just need some extra help getting us out of the ‘endo hole’, so we actually have the ability to start making the longer term changes.

This module takes you through evidence-backed supplements that have been shown to target endometriosis from shrinking lesions and endometriomas to slowing down growth rate. We will also look at supplements which help to reduce inflammation and support healthy hormones.

You’ll learn which supplements are right for you, the safe but effective dosage limits, how and when to take and some of the best brands so you can create your own personalised supplement regime.

Because supplements can take 3-6 months to begin making a difference, it can be helpful to start a supplement protocol alongside your nutritional and lifestyle changes earlier in your journey.

Highlights:

  • Guidance on the key supplements for endometriosis that have been shown to reduce the size of lesions and cysts, slow down growth and minimise symptoms.

  • A list of the best supplements for reducing inflammation so you can decrease pain, brain fog and fatigue and the best supplements for hormonal balance and dysmenorrhea.

  • My recommended brands of supplements for endometriosis and gut health issues.

Module 4

Structural Support and Pain Signals

Pelvic pain isn’t just caused by the endo lesions directly. Once you’ve learnt all about the way that inflammation and hormonal imbalances can worsen your symptoms, it’s time to talk about the nerves and musculoskeletal structure.

First up you’ll learn all about the nervous system and how and where pain is made, and why a stressed-out brain and sensitive nerves can increase our experience of pain. We’ll also talk about how pain can cause brain fog and fatigue! We’ll then explore some of the steps you can take for calming down your nervous system and in turn, your pain levels.

Next you’ll hear all about the pelvic floor and how endometriosis and a life of chronic pain can negatively affect the muscles, fascia and nerves in the pelvic area, creating problems with the bladder, vagina, rectum and general pelvic area. You’ll also discover the benefits of pelvic floor physiotherapy, how to find a good therapist and exercises you can do at home if you can’t afford one on one work.

Finally, this module will take you through adhesions; what they are, why they’re a problem and the symptoms and complications they lead to. I’ll also share with you how to reduce adhesions through visceral manipulation and the types of visceral manipulation for endometriosis.

This module will help you carve out a long-term plan for calming down your nervous system and for addressing any structural problems you have, so you can reduce pelvic pain, pain during sex, pain in your legs or any related problems with gut health or urinary health.

Highlights:

  • Get to grips with pain science and how you can reduce your pain signals with simple daily strategies to calm the nerves and brain.

  • Discover the impact of endo and chronic pain on your pelvic floor and pelvic organs such as the bladder and bowel, and get started with the therapies or at home methods to begin healing.

  • Learn how adhesions may be at the root of your bloating and pain and the best methods for reducing them so you can free up your pelvis.

Module 5

Circadian Rhythm, Sleep and HPA axis Recovery

If you struggle with fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia or brain fog – this is the module for you! This module will be especially helpful if you’re having a hard time making changes in other areas because you’re so tired or overwhelmed. These strategies are going to rebuild your physical and emotional resilience so you have the strength to take on endo.

Contrary to what many of us are told, brain fog and fatigue aren’t just part and parcel of having endo. In this module, we explore the root causes of fatigue and brain fog and then take a deeper dive into some of the absolute foundations of healing.

You’ll get to understand your internal body clock and how it can become imbalanced, as well as how sleep affects your hormones, inflammation and pain levels, not to mention brain fog and fatigue. You’ll learn easy to implement strategies for sleep hygiene and a healthy circadian rhythm.

Next up, we’ll look at a big topic fpr our community: HPA axis dysfunction. You’ll learn all about the HPA axis and its role and how imbalances can lead to low thyroid, low progesterone and chronic fatigue to name a few of the issues that arise from this common problem.

Finally, you’ll explore and map out the positive lifestyle changes you can make to recover from burn out, gain sustained and consistent energy levels and enhance cognitive function so you can think clearly again!

Highlights:

  • Learn the root causes of brain fog and fatigue from the signs and symptoms of nutrient deficiency to underlying issues and how to identify them, with testing if necessary.

  • Get to know your internal body clock and why a healthy circadian rhythm is crucial to beating brain fog and fatigue, and how to ensure your body clock is ticking over nicely.

  • Understand the importance of sleep for endo management and balanced hormones, and the key foundations of good sleep hygiene.

  • Identify signs of HPA axis dysfunction and understand the crucial role the HPA axis plays in hormonal balance.

  • Create a road map for healing from HPA axis dysfunction and for supporting sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm and for improving energy and clearing brain fog.

Module 6

The Endo Belly Protocol - First Line Therapies

The gut is one of the most important areas to address when we’re looking to heal endometriosis symptoms and calm down the disease itself. If gut health is compromised, the rest of the body becomes compromised too and symptoms like bloating, brain fog, pain and fatigue arise or worsen.

In this module, you’ll learn exactly how an impaired gut contributes to pelvic pain and can even be a driver for hormonal imbalances and the development of other conditions and symptoms which are associated with endo. You’ll also learn about some of the most common endo-related root causes and drivers of poor gut health like small intestine bacterial overgrowth.

We’ll then go through first line therapies, which are gold standard gut healing practices which should be attempted prior to more complex treatments and will give your gut the tools it needs to heal. They include strategies like feeding our good gut bugs and tools to improve digestion and lower intestinal inflammation, and improve the gut’s response to stress. These therapies alone may completely resolve your endo belly issues!

Highlights:

  • Learn about the connection between gut health, your hormones and endometriosis – taking care of your gut will play a huge role in taking care of your endo symptoms!

  • Discover the root causes and drivers of gut health problems and the most commonly associated gut health conditions with endometriosis, and how to test for them.

  • Learn the simple everyday strategies which are the foundations of a healthy gut so you can begin making easy and sustainable change to allow healing to happen.

Module 7

Hormones, Toxic-burden and the Detoxification Pathways

Our environment and detoxification pathways such as the liver and gut play a direct role in our hormonal health, which can then impact endometriosis.

In this module you’ll dive deeper into the most common hormonal imbalances, namely oestrogen dominance and low progesterone. You’ll learn why these hormonal issues arise and how they can affect endometriosis symptoms, development and fertility.

You’ll then come to understand the role of toxins in our environment, and how they’ve been linked with endometriosis and hormonal conditions and the crucial role our detoxification pathways play in getting these nasties out of the body, keeping our hormones balanced and endo under control.

Once your armed with this knowledge, you’ll then be equipped with the key strategies for supporting the detoxification processes, balancing your hormones and lowering your exposure to hormone disrupting toxins, paving the way for better energy, less pain, an easier menstrual cycle and less hormonal symptoms.

Highlights:

  • Understand oestrogen dominance/low progesterone and how these hormonal imbalances can not just effect symptoms but potentially drive endometriosis growth.

  • Discover the truth about environmental toxins and the risks they pose to our hormonal and reproductive health and the links with endometriosis development.

  • Get to know your detoxification system and how it supports you to clear our toxins and keep your hormones balanced – and most importantly, how to identify whether your detoxification systems are working adequately or need some support (urine colour, stools, are they sweating, cycle symptoms, tests for liver and b-glucuronidase).

  • Learn the key strategies for balancing your hormones and reducing endo symptoms like heavy periods, painful periods and bloating through supporting your detoxification system. Identify your priority strategies so you can create a plan to implement in the short-term and the long-term.

Module 8

The Endo Belly Protocol - Second Line Therapies

In the final gut module you’re going to move into second line therapies for gut healing, to address more complex endo belly cases that are driving chronic inflammatory symptoms in your body. This module will help you to address any residual endo symptoms and endo belly problems that haven’t already improved or resolved.

You’ll learn about my four-week endo belly protocol. A simple, optional and evidence-based elimination diet that will allow the intestinal lining to heal, for inflammation to calm and for symptoms to reduce and through this, you’ll be able to identify your personal endo belly and endo triggers.

Whether you choose to follow the nutritional protocol or not, your gut healing strategies can be enhanced with specific supplements and tools designed to replenish the microbiome, heal leaky gut, calm intestinal inflammation, boost intestinal immunity and restore healthy gut function. These are more advanced strategies which are evidenced-based second line therapies standardly used for IBS and gut repair.

You’ll create your own tailored gut healing protocol to suit your lifestyle, budget and gut health needs with the freedom to implement it in a way that’s sustainable for you.

Finally, you’ll be given the tools to identify more extensive gut health problems like SIBO and which tests to get if required and the next steps for treating these more complex gut disorders after you complete this course.

Highlights:

  • Identify trigger foods with your own tailored protocol that allows you to build a nutrition plan for the future.

  • Discover which supplements, tools and practices can help aid your gut health recovery and how and when to use them.

  • Identify your own personal gut health issues so you can prioritise and create a personalised healing plan and prepare for more advanced treatment if needed, for example, if you have SIBO.

Module 9

Hormones and Working with Your Cycle

The module offers you the opportunity to really get to know your cycle and to work with it, rather than against it and to take your hormone balancing strategies to the next level so that you no longer have to battle painful ovulation, low moods, PMS exhaustion or clotty periods. However, you might feel so good from all the other changes, that you don’t really need to go the extra mile with these tips and tricks - so feel free to take or leave this one when the time comes!

The first part of this module will take your through the basics of the menstrual cycle so you can easily identify when something is up with your hormones. Next, we’ll look at ways to track your cycle and get to know exactly what’s happening in your cycle (like whether you’ve actually ovulated or not!). This is also a great tool if you one day want to try for a baby.

Once you’ve got your cycle down, you’ll learn which foods can help to support healthy hormones and which foods can benefit different phases of your cycle. Then, you’ll discover how you can plan your month for hormonal harmony rather than hormonal chaos.

The result? For potentially the first time ever, you’ll be in control and confident about your cycle. You’ll know the signs of a healthy and happy cycle in your body and when things are off balance and perhaps could contribute to increasing endo symptoms.

Highlights:

  • Get to grips with the basics of the menstrual cycle and what’s happening in your body in the menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal phases and how they affect everything from your brain function to endo symptoms.

  • Learn how to track your cycle and which option for tracking is best for you, so you can not just identify your symptom patterns but know exactly what’s happening in your body and be on the lookout for signs of hormonal imbalances.

  • Discover what to eat for each phase of your cycle so you can further optimise each phase and keep hormones balanced and healthy, leaving you feeling energised and clear-headed.

  • Learn how to map out your month to take advantage of your hormonal changes, from the best kind of exercise for different phases to making time to rest and socialise with endo.

Module 10

Your Flare Up Relief Tool Kit

Endo is a chronic condition and sometimes, despite your best efforts, flares up happen.

This module will address all the root causes of pain flares and make it easy for you to understand which tools may best help you for short-term relief.

We’ll start off with NSAID alternatives, looking at natural supplements that have been shown in the research to be just as effective as some of the most commonly prescribed pain-relieving drugs. We’ll then look at other research-backed supplements that have been shown to reduce pain flares, endo and period pain and lower levels of inflammatory chemicals.

We’ll also look at some options that can be applied to the skin directly – like magnesium, essential oils balms and CBD because when it comes to lowering a pain flare, we want to tackle it both internally and externally.

Next up we’ll cover into body work. We’ll look at the research on massage, stretches and movement for endo pain and how to use these tools for period pain, daily pelvic pain and even pain with IBS issues. Plus, you’ll get a few free tutorials you can get started with right away!

Next we’ll move into tools and technology. We’re going to look at the offers on the market at present, and the types of technology they use – from TENS, to nanocapacitors tech to infrared waves.

I’ll finish off with my tips and recommendations on how to use these all together.

Highlights:

  • Learn about evidence-backed natural alternatives to NSAIDS and pain medications, and how to use them for the biggest impact. You’ll get the exact doses and recommendations on how and when to take.

  • Learn about natural pain relievers that can be applied topically such as magnesium and CBD, how they work and why - plus who they may not work for. We’ll also look at easy tools that provide instant relief, such as essential oil-based sprays, balms and patches. These brands have been tried and tested not just by myself, but by hundreds of my clients and students.

  • Learn body work practices that relieve pelvic tension and pain, eases nerve discomfort, lowers pain signals and aids with painful toileting. You’ll get free tutorials on massages, stretches and movements.

  • Learn about tools and technology for pelvic pain, including TENS, nanocapacitors tech and infrared waves. I’ll share the pros and cons of each, and real-life feedback from the endo community.

bonus 1

Five Quick and Easy Anti-Inflammatory Meals for Endo

This bonus gives you five nutrient dense meals that require little to no cooking, take between 5-30 minutes to pull together and will help you to begin making some of the nutritional changes we talk about in the course.

These meals are designed to address specific processes and endo problems in the body, such as feeding the gut for better digestion, improving iron levels during menstruation, regulating blood sugar and more.

Every single recipe is PACKED with antioxidants, so you know you’re fighting inflammation all the way (which means you’re fighting pain!).

Highlights:

  • Helps you to fight endo belly and establish balance in your gut microbiome, calming intestinal inflammation and helping the gut lining to heal.

  • Delivers an array of anti-inflammatory nutrients, gets in at least five servings of veg and provides slow release energy from gut loving resistant starch to help prevent afternoon crashes and fatigue.

  • Iron rich salad to eat during and after menstruation, or whenever you like! This one is especailly good for those of you with heavy periods or low iron levels, or if you feel ‘hung over’ after your period ends.

  • This bitter salad uses ingredients that have been shown to stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, bile and stomach acid. This will help lower endo belly in the short term and long term by improving digestive function (something many us with endo struggle with).

  • Fibre rich, healthy ‘slaw to add before more blood sugar spiking meals like burgers and chips, tacos, pizza, etc. This ‘slaw will help lessen the glucose spike and resulting inflammation, so you can enjoy your meal without the worry!

BONUS 2

Four live Q&A Sessions and Community Support

Get live coaching support with me as you work your way through the modules.

Highlights:

  • Four hour long live group Q&A calls with me on Zoom (these will be recorded so you can rewatch them), spaced over four months. This is a great place to ask questions relating to the modules, or if you have any questions about implementing certain strategies into your daily habits, or if you’re feeling stuck or unmotivated or you just have questions about your specific endo issues!

  • A Facebook community to ask questions and support each other, celebrate wins and ask for help if things feel tough.

  • The option to link up and create buddy groups to keep up motivation and momentum.

  • After the course, you’ll still have access to the Facebook group so you can continue on the journey together.

BONUS 3

Pre and Post-Surgery Recovery Protocol Masterclass

A well-done surgery by an endometriosis specialist is often a key part of an endo patient’s healing plan. But abdominal surgery can come with some unwanted side-effects; pain, bloating, constipation, serious adhesion formation, SIBO development and pelvic floor dysfunction.

If planned for, we can lower the chances of all of these occurring whilst additionally setting you up for prolonged symptom relief and reduced endo recurrence risk.

In this masterclass, we’ll look at how to create your own tailored protocol for both an easy recovery and long-lasting symptom improvement. We’ll be building on the benefits of a great surgery, whilst minimising the risks that come with it.

We’ll cover nutrition and blood sugar management to lower pain levels and aid recovery, body work to prevent post-surgery pelvic floor problems and adhesions, supplements that can reduce the chances of endo recurrence and scar tissue formation, how to improve detoxification and circulation to clear swelling and medications, and how to move into ‘rest and digest’ for optimal healing.

Finally, we’ll wrap up with done-for-you protocols for pain, constipation, adhesions, bloating and fatigue, which you can tailor to your own personal needs.

In combination with a trusted endo specialist, this masterclass is providing you with the best chance of a full recovery and long-lasting relief.

Highlights:

  • Nutrition for tissue repair and lowering inflammation to accelerate recovery and lessen pain.

  • Learn about evidence-based supplements for preventing adhesion recurrence and the formation of new endo lesions

  • Body work methods and movement to aid in pelvic floor recovery, mobilise organs and prevent adhesions.

  • Easy reference protocols to help you deal with surgery side effects like bloating and constipation.

FAQs

  • No, absolutely not! When you sign up, you’ll get access to all the modules straight away, so you can start where you want.

The last two modules are optional parts of the protocol, you only need to do them if you feel you need to/want to.

Additionally, I’ve laid out the course in a particular order based on research and what I know works well for clients, but you can start with what you need and pick and choose the order, and skip what you don't need (I'll give you some pointers in the course on what to prioritise).

  • This is life-time access, so you can take as long as you want to work your way through the course.

You’ll get all the modules upfront as soon as the course begins on April 15th, and so there’s no pressure to complete them each week (which can happen with courses that release one module per week). Just move at whatever pace suits you.

When I work with clients, I work with them for a minimum of six months, so I would give yourself at least six months to make slow and gradual changes.

  • The Modules are on average two hours long, broken up into smaller lessons.

You don’t need to make every single change I suggest in the modules, these are just options. It’s just up to you to choose which ones best suit you (I'll help you decide!).

For example, you might add two extra veggies per day based on Module 1, but when you reach Module 4, you might feel you need some extra help there, so you might do something that takes a little more time, like 15 minutes of somatic therapy practices, plus endo yoga each week.

I encourage you to stagger your changes slowly, to allow you to adjust to your new routines and to prevent overwhelm.

  • YES! In fact, some of these modules will be even more relevant to you as hormonal treatments can affect gut health and nutrient absorption. Everything we cover will be beneficial and complimentary to managing endo, whether you’re using hormonal medication or not.

Many of my clients and previous course students have actually come off birth control because they’ve felt so much better from following the protocols I share, so if your goal is to come off birth control, you may find that going through this course helps you to do so!

  • Absolutely. You may need to take it slower to give yourself time to rest, but everything we cover will actually aid your healing and optimise the benefits of a good surgery and will actually prevent endo belly complications from occurring after surgery (did you know surgery can lead to abdominal adhesions and gut health problems?).

  • This course isn’t specifically for fertility as I’m not a fertility specialist, but everything we cover in this course will optimise fertility and provide you with the nutrients and health for healthy conception

However, it you’re looking for a fertility specific course, this probably isn’t right for you.

  • Yep, in fact, it’s going to really help with those symptoms. Endo can get worse during perimenopause and to top it off, we then get new symptoms to deal with like hot flashes.

Whilst this course isn’t focused on perimenopause, every module will actually help with symptoms and make your transition into menopause smoother.

  • This course is for everyone with endo!

I previously work at Centrepoint, which is a charity for homeless young people and sadly, there were a number who came to us due to their parents views on their sexuality or gender. As a result I've always been very mindful of my language and try to be as inclusive as I can with this.

I use 'people', 'patients' or 'warriors' when talking about our community. The only times when I use the word 'women' or 'woman' is in context of a study that was done on women or in a historical context, for example when talking about discrepancies between treatment of male and female pain in medical history (I'm more than aware it's even worse for transgender and gender nonconforming people). I've also interviewed a transman with endo on my podcast to raise awareness and when I consulted for endometriosis charities I spoke to them about making their language and media more inclusive.

Equally, as someone who has worked with endometriosis charities, I have personally observed the lack of support for people of coloir and Asian people with endometriosis, as well as the lack of representation in this space. I have deliberately designed this course and my work, to offer both.

We have a Facebook community where I have set group rules about respecting one another with a zero tolerance on bullying, harassment, etc.

Having said all this, I mess up sometimes (mainly when I'm talking live and quickly!). I also don't know if this is an issue for you but my branding colours are a lot of what may be viewed as stereotypical 'female' colours. I actually vowed never to use pink and didn't choose these colours because I felt they represented womxn, but actually because they ended up being the colours I was using a lot in photos.

I can't guarantee that you won't see room for improvement but I am always conscious and aware of trying to make this space as inclusive and as welcoming as possible.

14 DAY GUARANTEE

Live & Thrive With Endo is the one of the most comprehensive and clear courses on managing endometriosis naturally. It provides you with a proven step-by-step guide that has helped changed the lives of clients and students time and time again.

While I wish I was fairy Godmother and could magic all your endo problems away, I can’t do that. There may be some things out of your control, but there is so much in your control and so much you can change – and that’s what this course focuses on.

However, if you get 14 days in and decide that for whatever reason, this course isn’t right for you, you’ll get a full refund! By this point, you would have been able to hop on a Q&A with me, gotten to know the community and have tried some of the modules, but if you decide it’s not for you, just drop me an email.

Some of the incredible changes and feedback from my previous courses and coaching:

"My last period was easier than my fiancee's (who does not have endo and has fairly "normal" periods). Not like I feel good about anyone having period pain or symptoms, but it was like a twilight zone thing to be "Oh, I'll cook! You just rest. Have you taken any turmeric? I can make a tea that will help!" I'm used to 99.9% of the time ALWAYS having the 'worst' period so being in a position where I could caretake for someone else felt somewhat miraculous."

— JESS

"I have much better energy and moods. I wake up and feel good pretty much every day."

— NEISHA

"I suffered with extreme painful bloating for 5 years thinking it was 'endo belly' from my endometriosis.

“Finally after total burnout and feeling totally resigned to about my health, I reached out to Jessica and she suggested I go see a GI doctor and be tested for SIBO. My results came back off the charts positive for very severe SIBO.

“Jessica helped me in a way that doctors had not in years, and after I was diagnosed with SIBO and started treating it I discovered I was pregnant. There is no doubt that Jessica saved my health, my mental well being and pregnancy this year for had I not figured out how to start treating the bloating I know that being pregnant on top of that would have just destroyed me. Instead, I have had a super healthy pregnancy so far and I got my SIBO flares under control well beforehand with Jessica's guidance so that there would be room for this baby.

“Jessica is the best care practitioner I have ever had."

— SARA

"For the first time in forever, I wasn't vomiting or feeling nauseous on my period!"

—AAMINA

“I have just finished and I just wanted to say HUGE thank you!! Your knowledge, work, care and organization is phenomenal. So thank you, thank you and thank you!!!!!!”

—SAM

"I've noticed really positive changes in my energy."

— CRYSTAL

"It has truly been life changing, you are a veritable fountain of knowledge around endo and the latest developments. It is a gift to have had you share not only your knowledge but personal experiences to connect to my own. In my endo journey I have not found many medically aware people that I trust or feel supported by, but I trust you 100% and am so grateful you have created this supportive course and that the positive changes I have experienced can only continue now that I have so many tools and understandings about endo and what it can do.

“A HUGE thank you, you have genuinely changed my life from pain and insane food issues to one of understanding and connectedness, I feel so much more in control of my own body even when it has flare ups, thank you again for all you have done for us."

—KIT

"Physically my pain has been more manageable and I have been less bloated, emotionally I've been more positive."

—LANA

“Throughout the course I was able to make a few adjustments to things that I was doing and I saw really big improvements in my digestion - a lot less bloating, a lot less constipation.”

— JESSICA

"I think it's just going to help me forever more. I just can't begin to thank you enough. I think for the first time since I've had my pain - and it kicked in when I was 12 and I didn't know what it was - for the first time, I feel like I've got a handle on it."

— AAMINA

Still not sure?

Remember, you have a 14 day gurantee period. If you’re motivated by any of the following, I think it’s worth a try…

You want to feel well again – or for the first time ever.

Maybe you no longer want to be wracked by anxiety about your upcoming period and what it’s going to mean for your work life and personal life. You don’t want your stomach to sink when you see a big meeting scheduled for Day 1 or an important social event – you’re so exhausted by the endless cycle and you just can’t stand the thought of the rest of your periods being like this. They exhaust you, the pain is horrendous and you spend the days following feeling drained and beaten down by your own body. It seems like you have one week where you can stop worrying about it and then it’s back to square one. Every month you feel like you’re just scraping by and something has to change.

Maybe it’s not just your period that’s the problem. Maybe your pelvic pain is thudding away at you on a daily or nightly basis, it’s your constant companion that never gives you a moment of peace. You’re tired, so tired of being in pain all the time. You just want to snuggle up on the sofa and relax for once without your attention being anchored to the throb between your hip bones. You want to go to work without having to constantly juggle your to-do list and your pain, whilst trying to act like everything’s fine but secretly worrying you’re going to get fired for not being up to scratch. You want to get through the week without having to take pain killers or go to sleep without being woken up by pain.

Or maybe you’re at a loss with your gut health. Maybe you don’t have much pain but everything seems to bloat you and you can’t work out what your triggers are. You sway between diarhhea and constipation, and you seem to get varying IBS issues at different points of your cycle.

Whether your symptoms are crippling fatigue and brain fog that feels like its impacting everything you do or horrific pain that stops you from enjoying life and bloating that leaves you fearing food, it doesn’t have to be this way.

Whatever the symptoms are that you’re battling, you know in your heart that there’s a part of you that’s being held back when you’re feeling this unwell. You know you could do more and be more and live the life you know you’re capable of if you could just feel well.

You don’t want to miss out on life anymore. You’re determined that endo is not going to beat you – and you’d be right. It won’t. You will beat it. We will beat it together.

Here’s what people have to say if you’re not sure whether you should join one of my courses

How can I share the examples above in so much detail?

Because that was me.

I have dragged myself, barely able to walk, through central London, going from pharmacy to pharmacy in an attempt to find the strongest pain killers possible just so I can get through the workday.

I have cried my way through my morning commute after a night of no sleep and intense agony.

I have had felt suicidal, anxious and unlike myself for two weeks, only for those feelings to lift as soon as my period began.

I am no longer that girl.

Endo took a lot away from me, but it also gave me a great gift. The struggles I faced awoke within me a passion.

Once I worked out how to manage and reduce my endo symptoms holistically, I was determined to empower others to do the same and embarked on a decade long journey to educating myself with all the knowledge, experience and tools for doing just that. The result?

  • I am a certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach specialised in endometriosis.

  • I have studied women’s health coaching, chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with Dr Jessica Drummond at The Integrative Women’s Health Institute.

  • I’ve studied gut health and small intestine bacterial overgrowth with leading SIBO doctors Dr. Allison Siebecker and Dr. Nirala Jacobi.

  • I have completed leading period expert Nicole Jardim's women’s hormonal health certification.

  • Since 2014 I have been researching and writing about endometriosis for my award-winning blog This EndoLife (now The Endo Belly Coach!), and for my columns in Endometriosis News and Endometriosis Net.

  • I have interviewed world leading endometriosis specialists for my podcast, This EndoLife, which charted as one of the UK’s top 25 alternative health podcasts.

  • I worked for Endometriosis UK both in their communications team and running their advocacy programme.

  • I have led endometriosis support groups and am an active volunteer in the endo community.

After everything I’ve learnt, I’ve witnessed life-changing results with my clients and with myself.

I know this is possible for you too.

Consider for a moment what it would feel like to be on the other side of this masterclass. To no longer be confused and overwhelmed, to have answers and direction. To have alleviation of symptoms and a plan for continuing your healing. What would it mean for your life? Who would you be? What would you do?

I invite you to take the first step towards that vision.

Whatever you decide, I'm sending you healing energy and the very best wishes for your endo journey. If I can support you along the way, I'd be honoured.

So much love,

Jessica x
