How to Beat the Endo Belly, Heal Your Gut and Calm Your Endo

In this seven-step course, you will uncover the root causes behind your endo belly, learn the exact protocols for healing, identify your unique triggers and endo belly aggravators and ultimately heal your gut and calm your endo.

You'll move from feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and at the mercy of the endo belly, to feeling clear and in control of your personal roadmap to healing.

"I feel so well and so strong. I felt so ill for so many years, I didn't even realise how bad I felt because it had become normal. You've changed my life."

— Sara

"I just had my easiest period in years so I am still singing the praises of The Endo Belly Protocol! I wouldn't have been able to say yes to this work project a year ago."

— Jess

"The information on SIBO was very helpful. Learning more about the condition gave me the confidence to push for an appointment for an NHS test."

— Lisa

Before I tell you more about this health transforming course, let's talk about who this is for so you can be really sure it's right for you.

You're an endo warrior who is sick (literally) of living with the endo belly and gut problems.

Maybe you're overwhelmed by the diets, the strategies, the information on the endo belly?

Maybe you want to wear clothes without having to think about how they'll fit when the endo belly kicks in.

Maybe you want to really understand what's going on in your body rather than being told what meds to take without fully knowing why.

Maybe you want to learn what your gut symptoms are actually telling you and most importantly, learn how to heal the root causes and manage your endo gut health once and for all.

Maybe you're ready to take back control and you'd like some clear, step-by-step guidance along the way.

Does this sound familiar?

  • 01

You've had a surgery and even though your pain symptoms have calmed down (or maybe not), you're now having gut issues for the first time or a worsening of the ones you already had. Your endo belly is rearing its head in a big way and you're worried your endo is back already.

  • 02

You've suffered with gut symptoms all your life. Maybe you're been diagnosed with IBS as well as endo, or mistakenly diagnosed with IBS before your endometriosis diagnosis. Maybe you’ve tried over the counter medications, the low FODMAP diet or you've had some testing with a Gl doctor, but you're still suffering. You've put your gut symptoms and endo belly down to endometriosis and feel resigned that maybe this is just the way it is for someone with endometriosis (it's not, by the way).

  • 03

You can't get through the day without bloating. Maybe you start the day off with less endo belly, but as the day goes on it gets bigger and bigger, until you get to the evening and the only thing that fits you is your PJs and even then you still feel uncomfortable. Maybe your endo belly is also accompanied by abdominal pain, cramping, gas, constipation or loose stools to name a few of your gut issues!

  • 04

You really suffer with the endo belly and gut problems, but you also have seemingly random symptoms - bad hay fever, rashes, allergies to foods, chemicals and environmental triggers like dust, constant nasal congestion, brain fog, achy joints, fatigue. dizzy spells... the list goes on. You can't fully work out the root of your symptoms or what triggers these issues either!

  • 05

You're exhausted by the endless food restriction. You've tried strict diets and sometimes it works but you have to stay on them to continue feeling relief - it feels joyless and you just can't stick to them without feeling miserable. You then go back to eating normally, your symptoms flare up and you feel frustrated and desperate, and the cycle starts all over again. You'd like to work out once and for all what's causing your endo belly and gut symptoms, and learn a practical way to heal them so you can eat a diet that is nutrient dense, enjoyable and is good for your own personal gut health.

By the end of this course you will have…

  1. Learnt the connection between endometriosis, intestinal inflammation and the endo belly and how gut health can fuel endometriosis symptoms

  2. Found the best anti-inflammatory, gut-healing foods for calming your own personal endo belly and gut symptoms

  3. Identified your unique endo belly triggers and created a sustainable approach to eating for endo and gut health in a way that you enjoy!

  4. Made the connection between any stress, trauma or emotional challenges and your gut health, and have found strategies that work for improving your gut-brain connection

  5. Healed your leaky gut, calmed any intestinal inflammation and reduced your endo belly flare ups!

  6. Discovered the root causes behind your endo belly and either have begun treatment (if needed) or have a clear step-by-step roadmap for treatment

  7. Identified which supplements are right for you and you own personal endo belly healing journey

  8. Reduced (or even eliminated!) your pelvic pain, brain fog, fatigue, PMS and other seemingly random symptoms like allergies and joint pain

"You have genuinely changed my life for which I can never repay you with the same value."

- Sam

"I just wanted to say a big thank you for creating this course. I’ve honestly been blown away by the effort and detail you’ve poured into it. It’s an endo bible of hope and without a doubt the most value for money investment I’ve ever made!"

— Chloe

"I want to also express to Jess my deepest gratitude for this course! I am SO very glad I took it and I know its content will serve me for a loooong time to come. Thank you for your great generosity in preparing it and for caring so much about us. Your deep care shows all over it."

— DIANA

"I suffered with extreme painful bloating for 5 years thinking it was 'endo belly' from my endometriosis.

“Finally after total burnout and feeling totally resigned to about my health, I reached out to Jessica and she suggested I go see a GI doctor and be tested for SIBO. My results came back off the charts positive for very severe SIBO.

“Jessica helped me in a way that doctors had not in years, and after I was diagnosed with SIBO and started treating it I discovered I was pregnant. There is no doubt that Jessica saved my health, my mental well being and pregnancy this year for had I not figured out how to start treating the bloating I know that being pregnant on top of that would have just destroyed me. Instead, I have had a super healthy pregnancy so far and I got my SIBO flares under control well beforehand with Jessica's guidance so that there would be room for this baby.

“Jessica is the best care practitioner I have ever had."

— SARA

"I was very bloated, I could tell people wanted to ask when I was due. The bloating is down and the pain from the bloating is less, there's not so much pressure... It was a big relief because it didn't look good for me, work wise. I think you and your course is a big reason that I can still do my job and I work full time now. Before I was just off, 100% of the time on sick leave, for ten months. I've been able to go back to work, more and more. It's been a big change for me.”

— MIRIAM

“I just wanted to personally say a HUGE thank you for all the support, education, guidance and kindness you offered me through our course. It was so insightful, enjoyable and encouraging and I am so excited to have confidence in myself know that I am now equipped with the tools and tips I need to manage my endo. Honestly, couldn't have done it without you. Thank you.”

—LAUREN

"Physically my pain has been more manageable and I have been less bloated, emotionally I've been more positive."

—LANA

"Jess’s program has helped with so many areas in terms of period issues, body pains, an old injury that was constantly inflamed and has stopped the cyclical diarrhea I have sufffered from for a very long time. Through this healing journey and her guidance I discovered that the remaining digestive issues could be SIBO, I have been tested and lo and behold 90% of what I thought was digestive/endo issues were actually SIBO."

—SAM

"For the first time in forever, I wasn't vomiting or feeling nauseous on my period!"

—AAMINA

"I got my SIBO results back - unsurprisingly I have it. I'm quite emotional about it as I feel so let down by the medical profession... I really wanted to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I am very emotional right now... but I have INFORMATION and OPTIONS and I feel EMPOWERED, and that is thanks to you. You are an absolute shining light Jess, you really are."

—LINDSEY

"Thank-you SO much for all your wisdom and giving us so much of your time and energy. You are truly a MIRACLE!"

—JESSICA

"It has truly been life changing, you are a veritable fountain of knowledge around endo and the latest developments. It is a gift to have had you share not only your knowledge but personal experiences to connect to my own. In my endo journey I have not found many medically aware people that I trust or feel supported by, but I trust you 100% and am so grateful you have created this supportive course and that the positive changes I have experienced can only continue now that I have so many tools and understandings about endo and what it can do.

“A HUGE thank you, you have genuinely changed my life from pain and insane food issues to one of understanding and connectedness, I feel so much more in control of my own body even when it has flare ups, thank you again for all you have done for us."

—KIT

“I have just finished and I just wanted to say HUGE thank you!! Your knowledge, work, care and organization is phenomenal. So thank you, thank you and thank you!!!!!!”

—SAM

"I don't mean to sound cheesy but this was life-changing!"

Here’s what’s inside

Module 1

What is The Endo Belly and Why Does It Happen?

This module teaches you about the key root causes behind the endo belly, and how co-conditions of endometriosis can affect the gut, but equally, how gut health impacts endometriosis.

In this module, you’ll learn exactly how an impaired gut contributes to pelvic pain and can even be a driver for hormonal imbalances and the development of other conditions and symptoms which are associated with endo, such as histamine intolerance, allergies, interstitial cystitis and migraines.

You’ll also learn about the most common root causes and drivers of poor gut health within our community, as well as the gut health problems linked to endometriosis like small intestine bacterial overgrowth.

You’ll get an endo belly quiz too, which will allow you to identify your own unique possible root causes so you can move through the course clear on the endo belly issues you’re specifically healing and focusing on.

We’ll also cover testing options, when they’re necessary and how to perform the tests.

Highlights:

  • Learn about the connection between gut health, your hormones and endometriosis – taking care of your gut will play a huge role in taking care of your endo symptoms!

  • Discover the root causes and drivers of gut health problems and the most commonly associated gut health conditions with endometriosis, and how to test for them.

  • Identify your own personal gut health issues so you can prioritise and create a personalised healing plan (symptom check list including a histamine check list, and SIBO check list) AND learn what’s normal and healthy vs. what’s ‘endo belly’ and signs of a gut health problem.

Module 2

Foundational (First Line) Therapies for Healing the Endo Belly

This module outlines the essential lifestyle changes and eating habits that all of us can adopt for better gut health and ultimately, a reduction in the endo belly, less gut symptoms and improved nutrient absorption. This is Step 1 for everybody in the course – and the great news is, you may experience a complete or significant reduction in your endo belly and gut symptoms with just this step!

You’ll also learn everyday tools you can get started with straight away which will improve your gut-brain connection (hello anxiety belly), improve nutrient absorption and digestion. You’ll additionally learn about how stress, trauma and living with endo can impact the endo belly and the simple brain retraining strategies we can use to overcome them.

Highlights:

  • Understand how our eating habits, lifestyle and mental health affects our endo belly, changes the microbiome of our gut and influences inflammation levels.

  • Learn the simple everyday strategies to improve digestion and nutrient absorption, for less bloating, reduced gas and better bowel movements!

  • Discover how stress, trauma and living with endo can impact your gut health, identify whether this is a problem for you and begin implementing easy brain retraining techniques that calm the gut and help you to overcome any emotional barriers.

"I got so much out of this course! I love the combo of learning the science behind endo belly and practical tips for reducing pain and discomfort. This course helped me to learn enough about various causes of endo belly to determine which tests I feel I need. Basically, I have saved a TON of money by being able to discern what to look into and what I didn't feel was important to investigate further."

— Jess

Module 3

Foundational (First Line) Therapies – Anti-inflammatory Nutrition for Healing Endo Belly

This is where we set out the foundations of good nutrition and anti-inflammatory eating that will help to lower intestinal inflammation and calm your endo

You’ll learn the key anti-inflammatory foods groups, how they help with endo and the endo belly and how to incorporate them into your own tailored nutrition plan. You’ll also learn about specific gut healing foods and when and how to use them (and when not to!).

This module is all about creating your own endo diet by ADDING in healing foods, rather than taking away. We’ll be creating a gut healing nutritional plan that suits your needs, endometriosis health goals and lifestyle that is backed by science and evidence.

Highlights:

  • Learn the key anti-inflammatory food groups so you know what to ADD IN to reduce intestinal and pelvic inflammation - plus ease pain, alleviate brain fog and regain energy!

  • Identify the best gut healing super foods for you specifically, and how and when to use them.

  • Create your own tailored nutrition plan that’s sustainable, enjoyable and realistic using my handouts, meal plans, tips and recipes.

Module 4

Advanced (Second Line) Therapies, Part 1: The Endo Belly 4-Week Healing Protocol

If you’re ready to try a more extensive gut healing nutritional protocol, this module outlines the exact elimination phase I use with one-to-one clients to heal leaky gut, lower intestinal inflammation, balance hormones, reduce pain and ease endo belly symptoms. We’ll use a simple short-term plan that will be tailored to your own unique needs, lifestyle, budget and gut health with the freedom to implement it in a way that’s sustainable for you.

We’ll also explore the key foods that can (but not in everyone!) cause intestinal inflammation and aggravate endo belly (and endo in general), so that you can make mindful and educated decisions about them. You’ll be able to truly identify your personal trigger foods, so you know exactly what’s flaring up not just your endo belly, but your endo symptoms too.

Don’t worry – an elimination diet is always temporary and short-lived; the point is to heal your gut so you can eat a wider diet again! But, if this doesn’t sound like something you want to do, I provide you with alternative options in the module.

Highlights:

  • Discover the root drivers of chronic inflammation and signs so you can identify what’s contributing to your endo belly symptoms. This step is one of the biggest steps you can make to taking back control – most of my clients see a huge difference from working out which inflammatory foods may be triggering them.

  • Create your own tailored 4-week healing plan that’s sustainable, enjoyable and realistic using my handouts, meal plans, tips and recipes.

  • Identify your actual trigger foods so you don’t have to live a life of unnecessary restriction!

"I just wanted to say that so far I love the course. I love how detailed and researched it all is, but you still really insist that it depends on each individual, that it is not necessary to be reaching for perfection. I find it very helpful, very complete with information but also very approachable and relatable."

— Natalie

Module 5

Advanced (Second Line) Therapies, Part 2: Supplements and Tools for Intensive Healing and Symptom Management

Whether you choose to just eat more anti-inflammatory foods or you decide to follow a nutrition protocol from Module 3, this healing period can be enhanced with specific supplements and tools designed to replenish the microbiome, heal leaky gut, calm intestinal inflammation, boost intestinal immunity and restore healthy gut function.

We’ll also go through strategies, tools, and supplements to manage in the moment endo belly flares and symptoms such as gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea.

Finally, we'll discuss which common gut healers are suitable for those of us with endo (not all of them are!), and how/if to use them if you also have SIBO, histamine intolerance or other more complex gut health issues.

Highlights:

  • Quiet the noise around prebiotics and probiotics and learn exactly which ones are safe and suitable for the endo belly – and how/when to take them!

  • Discover the best supplements to aid digestion and the exact doses and supplements for intensive gut repair, from leaky gut to inflammation.

  • Create a toolbox with supplements and strategies for calming in-the-moment endo belly flares and gut symptoms, from diarrhoea to stubborn constipation.

Module 6

Specific (Third Line) Therapies, Part 1: The SIBO protocol

If it turns out that part of your problem is small intestine bacterial overgrowth (80% of endo patients have it, so it’s likely), this module takes you through everything you need to know! Test interpretation, the different types of SIBO and what they mean, all of the treatment options and the exact doses and time frames, and then the prevention of relapse phase and root cause investigation (because we don’t want SIBO to come back, right?!).

I’ll also provide you with additional resources to help you on your way to SIBO freedom, from cookbooks to SIBO friendly food brands!

You’ll leave this module knowing exactly how to take on SIBO – and what to do to stop it from coming back.

Highlights:

  • Interpret your test results, identify the type of SIBO you have, the severity and what that means for treatment.

  • Learn the exact protocol for SIBO and the treatment options, including antibiotics, antimicrobials and the elemental diet – plus the time frames and doses to use.

  • Understand when and how to use diet to support SIBO treatment, learn the essential prevention of relapse protocol (which will kick in after you eradicate your SIBO) and get to the root cause of why you developed SIBO in the first place.

"The first good news is that I now don’t have leaky gut, and [my nutritionist] hasn’t started his work with me yet.  So thank you so much.  He said the improvement was huge, and it's not just got better, it is now classed as optimal!!!!"

— Gemma

Module 7

Specific (Third Line) Therapies, Part 2: Stubborn SIBO, SIFO, Candida and Other Common Gut Conditions

This module explores the co-conditions of SIBO which can often worsen your symptoms or make SIBO hard to treat, as well as other gut health complications that are often found within the endometriosis/pelvic pain community that may need more specialised treatment. I’ll provide you with protocols and strategies to help you kick these gut issues – and we’ll have some very special surprise guests!

Additionally, we’ll look at the more advanced diets like the low FODMAP, autoimmune paleo and low histamine diet, for anyone needing more targeted healing.

This is a great one if you find you’re not responding to the previous healing strategies, or you get a negative SIBO test – or a positive for that matter!

Highlights:

  • Learn co-conditions of SIBO as well as other gut health complications that are often found in the endometriosis community.

  • Understand more advanced SIBO diets like low FODMAP, autoimmune paleo and low histamine diet, for more targeted healing.

  • Learn protocols and strategies to help kick these gut issues from some very special surprise guests!

Listen to these transformation stories from my previous courses

"I first met Jessica when I was suffering from endo flare ups, and I was going round in circles with my doctor. I knew my symptoms, but wanted to understand my body better, and learn how to soothe myself without always popping pills.

“I’m not embarrassed to share that I cried when I first spoke to Jessica. It wasn’t through pain or sense of frustration, it was sheer relief that it wasn’t just me and there might be things we could do that could help me.

“I have always suffered from constipation, adult acne, water retention and swelling around my tummy. Through Jessica’s careful guidance we worked together and she helped me understand what was going on inside me. Since working with her I have more energy, my skin has cleared up, I’ve lost weight (naturally), I've treated my SIBO and my endo pain has reduced significantly.

Gemma

"So during the course my symptoms changed quite dramatically, in going from needing physio more than once a week and it lasting half an hour to feel better, and probably level ten pain most of the time, down to level two or three pain with a lot less inflammation.

“The diarrhea went away completely and my period pain started to calm down. My headaches went from lasting two weeks, to a day or two beforehand. My digestive issues calmed quite a bit, probably down from a ten to a six.

“Through the course I actually learnt that I had SIBO.

“Since adding in SIBO and histamine treatments, I now go from a period that's, like, level ten in annoyance, pain and all of that, to probably a level one, level two period. I don't even know it's coming anymore."

Sam

"This course helped me to refine what I am doing and see greater results and improvements. By incorporating a few new foods, adjusting my supplements, and changing how I eat my meals (hello, remembering to actually chew my food!), I have seen a reduction in abdominal bloating and digestive distress. I also love learning the science behind endo belly and inflammation.

“Just understanding what exactly is happening in my body brings me greater peace of mind. I was able to make a few small changes that have made a huge difference. "

Jess

FAQs

  • The course begins on June 13th.

Module One will be released on the start date, and following that, a new module will be released every other week. However, the course is completely self-paced so you can take as long as you’d like to work through each module.

On the non-module week’s, we’ll have our live Q&As and these will be held over Zoom. All calls will be recorded for those who can’t attend live, and you can presubmit questions so that you can have your questions answered, even if you can’t attend in person.

There will be a Q&A break the week of August 8th to allow for a bit of a breather, and our final Q&A will occur two weeks after the course finishes to allow you time to gather your final questions.

  • The course is seven modules long, with a bonus module and guest workshops.

Each module is delivered every other week, and then we have a two week break after the final module before our last Q&A, to allow you time to gather all your questions. So in total, the course is 16 weeks long.

  • The modules themselves will take up no more than two hours each week, and the live sessions will be an hour long.

Of course, the action steps you choose to take following the modules are your choice and may take very little time or some time, depending on the action. For example, one week you may choose to write out a meal plan, so that takes you an extra hour, but another week you may just choose to do 10 minutes of abomdinal massage each morning.

  • It's totally your choice, but if you haven't gone through all the gut health modules and the SIBO modules from that course yet, then no, I don't think it's worth it. I would advise you implement as many changes from those as you can, before considering The Endo Belly Course.

This course is based on those modules (mentioned above) and much of the information is the same, just expanded upon in areas and divided up into more modules because as you know, the gut modules from Live and Thrive were hefty! Gut health is so full on it really warrants a course on its own, which is why I have made this! So it's not so overwhelming to try and tackle endo belly and other endo symptoms at the same time. I designed this for people who really just wanted to solely focus on the endo belly and gut health, and weren't ready for Live and Thrive with Endo.

  • The short answer is – yes! Absolutely, gut health problems are one of the key sources of inflammation and chronic illness, so getting on top of your endo belly will also improve your other endo symptoms in turn.

The long answer – this course isn’t a full course on all areas of endometriosis, if that’s what you’re looking for, that’s my Live and Thrive with Endo course. But after delivering that course, I noticed that people would find the gut stuff a lot alongside all the other areas of endo healing, so I wanted to create a separate programme for those who are really struggling with endo belly and IBS-symptoms of endo, and just wanted to solely focus on that so they don’t feel overwhelmed. You should see big changes from doing this course in all of your endo symptoms, but if there are still some symptoms left over, you may be dealing with problems like HPA axis dysfunction, blood sugar dysregulation, etc. and so you can then go onto do Live and Thrive with Endo and focus on the remaining symptoms to clear those.

  • I have separated the course into essentially three stages, which are divided up by what we call in gut health ‘first, second and third line therapies’. These are essential foundational strategies (first), advanced strategies (second) and specialist/condition specific strategies (third). My intention of dividing them is so that those who are feeling overwhelmed, or who are not ready to make big changes, can get started with the first line therapies only and still see improvements to their endo belly. Then, when they feel stronger (and if they need to, first line therapies may be enough) they can move onto the second line therapies.

Having said that, if you’re really wiped out and you’re feeling burnt out from endo and all the info out there, then I don’t think this is the time for you to do this course. Whilst I’ve tried to make this course as accessible and bite size as possible, there’s no denying it’s a lot of information because I am providing you with everything you need to know to heal your gut! So, if you’re feeling wiped out, my advice is to take some time out and rest first. You could listen to my podcast episodes on HPA axis dysfunction, which will really help you with the fatigue/brain fog/overwhelm, and then you might feel ready to pursue this course once you’ve recovered a little.

  • Nope! You just need to have endometriosis and suffer with the endo belly and/or gut health issues like gas, constipation, loose stools, etc.

I will teach you how to test for SIBO and how to treat SIBO, if it’s a problem for you – but not everyone will have it, so this isn’t a SIBO only course. It covers all of the main issues those of us with the endo belly might be struggling with!

  • Yes, this is an endometriosis-centred gut health course and so the topics and protocols are all endometriosis specific.

  • YES! Of course.

Some hormonal birth control options do affect gut health and nutrient absorption (leading to more of those endo belly flare ups) but if it’s working well for you, then there are many ways we can support your gut/endo belly whilst on birth control.

I’ll be educating you guys in the course on how birth control affects gut health, and from there, you can make an informed decision – but either way, you will still be able to follow all of the steps for gut healing, whether you’re on birth control or not!

Many of my clients and previous course students have actually come off birth control because they’ve felt so much better from following the protocols I share, so if your goal is to come off birth control, you may find that going through this course helps you to do so!

  • Okay so firstly, this course is NEVER going to force you to do something you don’t want to do. If you’re not ready to move off NSAIDs, that’s okay! It’s true that NSAIDs do damage the gut, and I will teach you more on this in the course, but that doesn’t mean you won’t experience improvements in your gut health and endo belly if you stay on them. I’ve worked with lots of clients who aren’t quite ready to stop using them and we’ve still been able to make incredible progress.

With that being said, I’ll be providing you with alternative natural supplements that have been shown in the research to work just as effectively for pain relief as NSAIDs and that don’t damage the gut! So I will provide you with some options for transitioning off them if you’d like to.

Another thing to note is that yes, coming off NSAIDs, at least for a period of time, is going to elevate your gut healing – but you don’t have to do it right away. Often, the small changes we will make at the start, will improve your gut health, and as your gut improves, your endo symptoms will very likely improve too, meaning you’ll need less and less pain relief.

Eventually, you may feel comfortable enough to stop taking them entirely and at that point, your gut healing is going to step up a level and create even more symptom improvement.

So whichever way you choose to approach it, there’s room for you in this course.

  • Nope, in fact, some of the protocols take a while and so your time spent healing will vary, depending on what comes up for you and your gut health. Endo belly is different for everybody so it really depends what you’re tackling.

If you have a lot of symptoms and overlapping conditions, it may take you a long time to go through the strategies – perhaps six months to a year. If you have a few symptoms and you have the energy to go full throttle, you might get through the key steps you choose to take in the 16 weeks, but have a few others you’ll be implementing across the next few months too.

  • A course is a bit like a self-service check out at the supermarket vs. taking your trolley to a the checkout with a member of staff. This course is going to offer you all of the information, tools and resources my one-to-one clients get, but it’s then up to you to identify which parts of the course are relevant to your own endo belly healing and to take acton.

One-to-one coaching is best suited for those who need more personalised tailored support, who might need a little hand holding (in the best possible way!) through the healing process and who like the accountability having a coach can provide.

  • Absolutely. You may need to take it slower to give yourself time to rest, but everything we cover will actually aid your healing and optimise the benefits of a good surgery.

Absolutely. You may need to take it slower to give yourself time to rest, but everything we cover will actually aid your healing, optimise the benefits of a good surgery and will actually prevent endo belly complications from occurring after surgery (did you know surgery can lead to abdominal adhesions and gut health problems?).

  • This course is for everyone with endo belly!

I previously work at Centrepoint, which is a charity for homeless young people and sadly, there were a number who came to us due to their parents views on their sexuality or gender. As a result I've always been very mindful of my language and try to be as inclusive as I can with this.

I use 'people', 'patients' or 'warriors' when talking about our community. The only times when I use the word 'women' or 'woman' is in context of a study that was done on women or in a historical context, for example when talking about discrepancies between treatment of male and female pain in medical history (I'm more than aware it's even worse for transgender and gender nonconforming people). I've also interviewed a transman with endo on my podcast to raise awareness and when I consulted for endometriosis charities I spoke to them about making their language and media more inclusive.

Equally, as someone who has worked with endometriosis charities, I have personally observed the lack of support for people of coloir and Asian people with endometriosis, as well as the lack of representation in this space. I have deliberately designed this course and my work, to offer both.

We have a Facebook community where I have set group rules about respecting one another with a zero tolerance on bullying, harassment, etc.

Having said all this, I mess up sometimes (mainly when I'm talking live and quickly!). I also don't know if this is an issue for you but my branding colours are a lot of what may be viewed as stereotypical 'female' colours. I actually vowed never to use pink and didn't choose these colours because I felt they represented womxn, but actually because they ended up being the colours I was using a lot in photos.

I can't guarantee that you won't see room for improvement but I am always conscious and aware of trying to make this space as inclusive and as welcoming as possible.

14 DAY GUARANTEE

The Endo Belly Course is the one of the most comprehensive and clear courses on managing and healing the endo belly – in fact, it might be the only one out there! It provides you with a proven step-by-step guide that will get you results if you’re ready and committed to make the positive changes outlined in these modules.

While I wish I was fairy Godmother and could magic all your endo belly problems away, I can’t do that. There may be some things out of your control, but there is so much in your control and so much you can change – and that’s what this course focuses on.

However, if you get 14 days in and decide that for whatever reason, this course isn’t right for you, you’ll get a full refund! By this point, you would have been able to hop on a few Q&As with me, gotten to know the community and have completed two of the modules on identifying the root causes of your endo belly and getting started with healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes, but if after that you decide it’s not right for you, just drop me an email.

Enrolment has now closed for the 2022 cohort.

If you’d like to join before Monday 13th June, please email hello@theendobellycoach.com with your request.

Some of the incredible endo belly changes and feedback from my previous courses and coaching:

"I got pregnant with IVF while I was taking this course, which was amazing! It was good to take it while I was trying to conceive."

— Ruby

"My digestion has greatly improved and I am starting to see improvements in my complexion as well."

— J

"I finally have my brain back, it's not just this foggy place where I know information should be stored! I can find the words I'm looking for most of the time and I can remember things. I feel like I have my brain back now."

— MIRIAM

"I just wanted to let you know that I’m on day 2 and have no pain! I haven’t even taken any pain killers, I can’t remember the last time this was the case!"

— YASMIN

"My last period was easier than my fiancee's (who does not have endo and has fairly "normal" periods). Not like I feel good about anyone having period pain or symptoms, but it was like a twilight zone thing to be "Oh, I'll cook! You just rest. Have you taken any turmeric? I can make a tea that will help!" I'm used to 99.9% of the time ALWAYS having the 'worst' period so being in a position where I could caretake for someone else felt somewhat miraculous."

— JESS

"This month my period was unrecognisable, I used paracetamol and ginger teas/epsom baths and cooling patches for the first 2 days. After that I almost forgot about it for the remaining 3 days! I used to be bed bound/off sick from work and dependent on codeine so this is amazing."

— RACHAEL

"I have much better energy and moods. I wake up and feel good pretty much every day."

— NEISHA

"I've noticed really positive changes in my energy."

— CRYSTAL

"I think it's just going to help me forever more. I just can't begin to thank you enough. I think for the first time since I've had my pain - and it kicked in when I was 12 and I didn't know what it was - for the first time, I feel like I've got a handle on it."

— AAMINA

Still not sure?

Remember, you have a 14-day guarantee period. If you’re motivated by any of the following, I think it’s worth a try…

You want to feel well again - or for the first time ever.

Maybe you lose minutes, even hours at work, rushing back and forth to the toilet or being hunched over with abdominal cramps on a daily basis. Your afternoons are spent nursing a bloated belly that no longer fits into your work suit. You’re uncomfortable in meetings and embarrassed (or heart broken, if infertility is a struggle for you) when a colleague asks your due date.

Maybe you can’t enjoy social events or holidays because you’re so worried about what your next meal might do to your stomach – or because you’re preoccupied with the symptoms from the last meal. You agonise over menus and can’t relax or be yourself over dinner or coffee dates because you’re constantly watching and waiting for the familiar gurgle, pang or ache that hints you’re about to have a flare up.

You feel like your life is ruled by not just your symptoms, but the anxiety around your symptoms. You no longer make decisions based on what might bring you joy, or fulfilment, or because you just want to – but instead, you make decisions based around what’s going to cause the least reaction on your endo or gut health.

Maybe you had your hopes pinned on surgery. Perhaps you’ve been ill for a really long time, and you were desperate for relief and hopeful that your surgery would bring it. But it hasn’t. Perhaps, perhaps you’ve had some alleviation of certain symptoms, but you’ve still got the severe abdominal swelling. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s painful and it’s scary. You’re stuck. What next? You’ve tried surgery and you’ve still got the endo belly – what else is going to work?

Whatever the symptoms are that you’re battling, you know in your heart that there’s a part of you that’s being held back when you’re feeling this unwell. You know you could do more and be more and live the life you know you’re capable of if you could just feel well.

You don’t want to miss out on life anymore. You’re determined that endo is not going to beat you – and you’d be right. It won’t. You will beat it. We will beat it together.

If this sounds like you, and you’re reading to begin, I invite you to join our community on The Endo Belly Course. I am so excited to help you heal the endo belly and live and thrive with endometriosis.

Here’s what people have to say if you’re not sure whether you should join one of my courses

How can I share the examples above in so much detail?

Because that was me.

I have dragged myself, barely able to walk, through central London, going from pharmacy to pharmacy in an attempt to find the strongest pain killers possible just so I can get through the workday.

I have cried my way through my morning commute after a night of no sleep and intense agony.

I have had felt suicidal, anxious and unlike myself for two weeks, only for those feelings to lift as soon as my period began.

I am no longer that girl.

Endo took a lot away from me, but it also gave me a great gift. The struggles I faced awoke within me a passion.

Once I worked out how to manage and reduce my endo symptoms holistically, I was determined to empower others to do the same and embarked on a seven-year journey to educating myself with all the knowledge, experience and tools for doing just that. The result?

  • I am a certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach specialised in endometriosis.

  • have studied women’s health coaching, chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with Dr Jessica Drummond at The Integrative Women’s Health Institute.

  • I’ve studied gut health and small intestine bacterial overgrowth with leading SIBO doctors Dr. Allison Siebecker and Dr. Nirala Jacobi.

  • I have completed leading period expert Nicole Jardim's women’s hormonal health certification.

  • Since 2015 I have been researching and writing about endometriosis for my award-winning blog This EndoLife, and for my columns in Endometriosis News and Endometriosis Net.

  • I have interviewed world leading endometriosis specialists for my podcast, This EndoLife, which charted as one of the UK’s top 25 alternative health podcasts.

  • I worked for Endometriosis UK both in their communications team and running their advocacy programme.

  • I have led endometriosis support groups and am an active volunteer in the endo community.

After everything I’ve learnt, I’ve witnessed life-changing results with my clients and with myself.

I know this is possible for you too.

Consider for a moment what it would feel like to be on the other side of this masterclass. To no longer be confused and overwhelmed, to have answers and direction. To have alleviation of symptoms and a plan for continuing your healing. What would it mean for your life? Who would you be? What would you do?

I invite you to take the first step towards that vision.

Whatever you decide, I'm sending you healing energy and the very best wishes for your endo journey. If I can support you along the way, I'd be honoured.

So much love,

Jessica x
